What's included in the price?
Your accommodation, breakfast lunch and dinner, all the training, your photo shoot and all activities.
Do I get my own room?
It depends which room category you choose! All rooms have a private ensuite but you can reduce costs by sharing your room with a friend.
When do bookings close?
We expect to sell the bedrooms very quickly. Once they are gone, bookings will close.

When does the event start and finish?
We start at 3pm on Monday 9th October and will finish at approx 11am on Thursday 12th October 2023.
This feels like a big investment... will it be worth it?
We totally understand it's a large amount of money. Having been on retreats ourselves that range between £1,500 - £2,000 we wanted to keep it at as affordable as possible with no hidden costs. We would love to charge less but with the exclusive use venue, private bedroom, 3 meals a day, business training and a photo shoot we believe this has amazing ROI for your business.
I don't know anyone - should I still book?
Absolutely - this is one of the best ways to make in-depth industry connections fast! Becca and Kelly will be there to ensure you feel welcome and included too.
What if I have dietary requirements?
We've got you! We are in events, we get it! Just tell us what you need and we will make sure it's sorted.
Is there disabled access at the venue?
There are accessible bedrooms at the venue. Please let us know asap if you require this. All of the training, activities and meals will take place on the ground floor of the venue.
Can I stay offsite?
No - this is an immersive experience and we want everyone to be fully involved. The value of this event is the connection with the other wedding pros and the space away from daily life.

I can no longer make the retreat, can I get a refund?
We understand that sometimes plans change, but due to the venue costs involved in running the event your ticket is non-refundable. If you would like to transfer your room to a colleague, please let us know.

The nearest train station is Newcastle and we will be providing a complimentary pick up!
